Unidentified Developers “Anywhere” option in macOS Sierra

In Security options in macOS Sierra the “Anywhere ” option (the 3rd one) is missing. Here’s how to bring it back in Terminal:

sudo spctl --master-disable

Of course System Preferences must be closed beforehand.
